This is an efficient and very helpful office. Sara was professional and very clear on each step of the process. Dr. Sully, also, was very detailed and kind. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a new eye care doctor! Everyone in the office is so pleasant and welcoming! Julie at the front desk kindly welcomed me in with a smile. Sara was my technician, and I can't say enough about how kind and professional she is! She had me smiling and laughing throughout the exam and helped calm my nerves, as I get anxious about anything getting near my eyes. I felt very comfortable the whole time she was going through all of the tests. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about optometry. I saw Dr. Selle, and she was so kind and very thorough. I truly appreciated how she paid attention to detail and did a thorough exam. She also made me feel very at ease throughout the exam. Once we were done, Erin walked me up front and checked me out. The office environment was very laid-back, and everyone there felt more like family than just co-workers. I was very impressed with this office. From the moment i stepped through the door, i was acknowleged & greeted warmly & professionally. The physical place was clean, orderly & had a good flow to it. The technition was friendly, very pleasant, & professional; providing clear instructions for the preliminary tests. The Optician was very professional, willing & able to answer questions & share information. The check out clerk was very proficient & helpful in aetting up next steps. I had an amazing experience at Overland Optical in St Charles. I needed a pair of glasses in just a few days for a pool tournament due to a recent eye surgery. The doctor and the staff worked very hard to understand my needs and make the glasses I needed in the time frame necessary. They really cared about me and my needs. I visited for the first time today and had An eye eye exam and Body pair of glasses. I loved being able to do most of the paperwork at home before my visit, and even trying on your glasses digitally on their website and being able to pick out some frames before I arrived. I ended up purchasing one of the frames I tried on virtually. They also used a VR headset during the exam, which was pretty cool.
