This place is absolutely awesome. They were able to repair my glasses even though they do not sell a frame like the ones that I have. And they did it even though I am from out of town and I have never been a customer of their establishment.

This is the best optical shop in the St.Louis area. I would recommend them to everyone. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And the onsite lab is spectacular. I went and ordered my daughter's glasses from here and they were extremely fast and great quality. She has a rather strong prescription and they made the glasses look amazing. Thank you. Customer for life.

One of the best eye exams I've ever had. From being greeted In the the front to testing and speaking with the doctor before, diring and after exam, then finally trying on frames and selecting them was great! I loved the fact that I chose the frames online that I wanted to try on in the office. I definitely will recommend Overland Optical to any and everyone that needs a recommendation for an eye exam/glasses. I have found my new eye exam/glasses home!

My husband and I were very impressed by the staff at Overland Optical. From the moment Marissa at the reception took care of the paperwork I knew I was in the right place. She is warm and personable. Sarah, who presented me with the right amount of possible frames to chose from, is extremely competent and friendly. She evidently loves what she does and is good at it. Overland Optical staff makes you feel special. It truly feels like a neighborhood store and I am glad we decided to visit them. I look forward to future visits. I really highly recommend them.

I had such a great experience at Overland Optical! Last week, as I was leaving work, one of my lenses popped out of my glasses frame. I stopped into Overland Optical because it was close by, even though I’m not a patient there, and explained what had happened. The very friendly woman at the front desk immediately said, “No problem!” and took my glasses back to have them fixed right then and there. While I waited, I noticed how nice, clean, and welcoming the office was, and how helpful the rest of the staff were with their patients. I was in and out with my glasses fixed in less than five minutes! I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help, especially since I don’t live in the area and needed my glasses to safely drive home. I would highly recommend Overland Optical to anyone in the surrounding area. It’s not often you come across that level of kindness and customer service. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Long time customer. Friendly, helpful staff. Up-to-date diagnostic equipment for thorough exam. Always satisfied with new prescription glasses. But things happen, e.g., don't sit on glasses, popping open upper and lower lens frame and lens, and bending opposite temple piece away from 90 degrees perpendicular to frame. Overland to the rescue! After a short phone call for help near end of the workday the lens was remounted, temple realigned, glasses refitted and ready to depart in maybe 10-15 minutes elapsed time. Nice work, quick, and no service fee to boot!

I needed to get a few things at Overland Hardware this afternoon and when I was about to head back home, I thought I should go into Overland Optical which is directly across the street and ask if anyone could adjust my eye glasses and prescription sunglasses. A really nice lady by the name of Sarah greeted me and asked how she could help. I mentioned my 2 pair of glasses needed adjusting and she took care of both pair. She even cleaned them both at no cost of any kind. I will definitely be stopping in that business in the future to buy new glasses. There is plenty of parking out front and in the rear of the shopping strip. It's also a convenient location for me since I live near by. Thanks Overland Optical for taking care of my needs at no charge and the team was super friendly.

Once again, Overland Optical for the win! Injured my eye in my sleep, yes I know that's weird....but, the team was able to get me in that morning, the doc fixed me up with a contact lens bandaid and meds and on my way to recovery. The entire office is the best. I have now sent them at least a dozen clients and I will continue to always recommend Overland Optical. 💜💜💜

We had an excellent experience here! I brought my girlfriend in, and she was very nervous about going to the eye doctor, but the entire team made her feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in. Everyone was professional, friendly, and informative throughout the visit. They took the time to walk us through all the tests, explain her eye health and prescription clearly, and answer any questions we had. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase frames there, although they do have a great selection available. We went without insurance, and the pricing was very reasonable with everything clearly explained upfront. We are both extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend this office. Thank you to the wonderful ladies who made the visit such a positive one! 10/10!
